You see this industry already had Federal, and State Inspectors, but his little seven weeks of working undercover, didn't share that part, thus sparked a public outrage of said conditions, process meats sales went to the floor, and public confidence needed to be restored, thus new Federal Regulations were put in to Act, and the rest is history.
