USA OBBB Budgetary Bankruptcy Debacle liquidation, to save the enterprise.  Congress, over the years has watered down the founder’s intent that freedom requires forgiveness, and resurrection of those entities that can justify starting over, or recovering from a setback. I have successfully utilized Chapter Eleven of the Code, twice in my enterprises.  Once to protect myartificial intelligence ROSE software companies, and once my All-American Care, nursing home operations.It's from this experience that I suggest the same right be allowed for a quasi-reorganization of the current Federal and State government insolvencies, to allow America to recover its independence from past Congressional policies, and endeavors to "Keep America Great" in the worldwide balance of trade.  Conducted under the auspices of the American Constitution, that requires American leadership not borrow more than they can pay for out of GDP. (that includes deficit spending in as a productive cost, though it produces no return on the investment ... it is wasteful spending on the high cost of a bureacracy of wasteful spedning on agencies that produce no cash flow, to even pay their payrolls.
