Use your voice and stand up for what you believe in for yourself

from Encouragement Notes Podcast · host Marie Nicole Zimmerle

I chose to do this episode today because the matriarch of the disability community, Judy Heumann, was laid to rest today. It is because of her example that people with disabilities are now seeing as strong people. We still have a lot of work to do and a lot of Minds to change but if each one of us uses our voices to make the world better we will become better and stronger. Judy taught us that if we don't demand what we believe in for ourselves then we are never going to get it.
