On November 13th, a New movie will premiere on Apple TV called Being Heumann. This movie tells the story of the mother of the disability rights movement. This is a piece of History that is not taught in schools but should be. I had the unbelievable pleasure of meeting Judy in 2022, just before she passed. I was honored to be able to thank her in person for her work, and I was also honored that she knew about encouragement notes

Yesterday at church Access didn't pick me up. They said there was a "delay" I get that the world cup is popular and should be respected but the scheduling yesterday was ridiculous

My sisters and I were talking this morning over coffee about the importance of hanging out at church and the fact that we don't often intentionally make time to do that. but it is important so start hanging out with your church family
