In this talk, we will dive into our experiences switching from Unity to Godot when you have customers where Security, IP, and Continuity are critical priorities. Our product is a multiplayer shooting simulator developed on Unity and Photon. We will share our experiences finding and evaluating replacement products for all elements, and offer good advice on how to work with large corporate and government IT and procurement organizations to get such a fundamental technical switch approved and successfully implemented.
