Using keto as a metabolic tool with your clients (ft. Ben Azadi)

from The Taeler De Haes Podcast · host Taeler De Haes

Back when I first started really diving into macros (which was 2010), I always thought keto was just another fad diet. And for good reason, right? But over the last few years, the keto space and gurus have really made a push for awareness and education – so I stopped to listen. I had the pleasure of sharing the stage at an event with coach and keto expert, Ben Azadi. In his presentation regarding keto, he wasn’t dogmatic in his approach – but instead practical, relatable and hell, I even considered switching over. In a world full of what we now call “weight loss resistance”, he dives deeper into why your body (or your clients’ bodies) aren’t budging. Get ready for an eye-opening conversation diving into the following: (1) When and why to introduce keto to your clients (and get them back on carbs), (2) the shocking stat in how much plastic we’re accidentally ingesting, (3) preventing dementia and Alzheimer’s using keto and (4) is take on the fitness coaching space and how to stay relevant.
