The USL and USLPA have come to a tenative agreement on a new Collective Bargaining Agreement for both the USL Championship and the forthcoming USL Premier. The details are a bit light at the moment, but this is quite a welcome development. Also, MLS Next Pro is the latest league to welcome a private equity firm into their investment fold and a group from Las Vegas has interest in the Vancouver Whitecaps.
