Utpanna Ekadashi

🪷Sri Utpanna Ekadashi is the 11th day of the waning moon in the month of Margashirsha (November–December), marking the birth of Ekadashi Devi, the personification of the Ekadashi fast. It is considered the first Ekadashi and is observed by fasting and worshipping Lord Vishnu to cleanse sins and gain spiritual benefits. Ekadashi in no way conflicts with any religious belief. Ayurvedic doctors recommend these days; fasting harmonizes the doshas of the body and calms the mind. There are different ways to observe the Ekadashi fast: some fast completely, some only water, and others only grains and legumes.
