Exulansic reacts to @manicsquirrel’s severe vaginoplasty complication, which was a total surprise. If he'd had any idea might be a result of vaginoplasty, he never would have gotten it. But he's also mad he was required to get therapy to understand the implications when he was living as a woman for 17 years. He was angry that about AFTER he had the nightmare botch job that he regretted getting. Some dots were not connected because some cylinders were not firing. This is a public episode.
