"Buen día” from Pollença! This morning, I embarked on an invigorating out-and-back run through the undulating terrain of Colonya Valley with my old running friend, Allen. As Canadian expats in Mallorca, we relished the rugged peaks, lush farmland, and serene olive groves, accompanied by the melodic symphony of bird song. With each stride along the country road, we embraced the moderate effort zone running, feeling the heat of the sun reminiscent of our runs back in Valencia. Today's adventure was a testament to the beauty and diversity of Mallorca's landscapes.
