Bu özelliği doğal mirasa ve endüstride kullanılan bir değer olduğu için kültürel endüstri mirasına katkı sağlamaktadır. Yaklaşık yetmiş beş yıllık bir geçmişi olduğundan tarihsel özellik de taşımaktadır.
