Al programa d'avui descobrim dos cellers que recuperen varietats autòctones dels seus territoris per elaborar-ne uns vins molt especials. D'una banda, Joan Fernández i Martí Just ens presenten el seu projecte, Ladiferenta, al Pla de Bages. Ens expliquen que fan servir varietats com el mandó, el sumoll, el picapoll o la pansera, i que fan vi en un cup de pedra excavat a la roca fa 500 anys. I també ens visita Joaquim Auqué Coca, enòleg del celler Mas Amfres, al Baix Camp, que ens porta un vi monovarietal d'esquitxagós, una varietat molt particular i pròpia d'aquesta zona.
