A new plant-inspired restaurant, called Bellona Kitchen, opened in Toronto’s west end at the beginning of the year, bringing us vegan and vegetarian dishes with an Italian influence. We chat with Johnnie and Aggie Fusco, the owners of Bellona Kitchen, about the inspirations behind their restaurant, the experience they provide, and of course, their menu full of fresh and home-made dishes.
