They are interested in the longevity of their business and making the most money. Therefore, they become organized, invest in their people, and allow people to be creative. They do not think about staff or see a vision for the business. They expand as they see fit, but not more than that. A Business Person: Believes in expansion, whether in service or location. They believe in optimizing service, so they spend money on people and cultivate those relationships. They understand that people have different skills, and they optimize people's skills.
