Vertigo - a symptom AND a sign of postural release
from Posture-lating with Posture Ellie · host Posture Ellie
In this episode, Ellie takes on a request from a Posture Squad member to talk more about vertigo. Vertigo is a symptom of a trapped, forward head, where the ear position is not being held efficiently enough to keep the fluid within the ear balanced. Normally, when vertigo is a symptom, the answer lays in putting strength back into the feet and length through the front of the hips (this pulls the upper body backwards). Vertigo can also be a positive sign of a postural release caused by the head shifting backwards dramatically during posture exercises/routines. In this instance, is a temporary and fabulous sign that the upper body has realigned and the head position is less forward than it was.Other Info- Order my book ‘Posture Power’ - https://watkinspublishinglinks.com/posture-power- Start your one month free trial of The Posture Squad - https://posture-ellie.com/the-posture-squadWebsite - posture-ellie.comYouTube & Socials - @postureellieCredits for Intro theme: Life is Good 2 by Beat Mekanik, Source: Free Music Archive, License Type: CC BY
