Very Vernors Episode "Double Barrel Motor City Cocktail" - Episode 152

Send us Fan MailMixing it up with Vernors and Bourbon. How well do they mix? Jamie, August, and Matt put it to the test and mix up a special Man Cave Cocktail just for the occasion. The cocktail:Man Cave Happy Hour Double Barrel Motor City Cocktail2oz. Bourbon (Wild Turkey 101)4oz. Vernors5 dashes Angostura BittersGarnish with 3 Luxardo Cherries (be sure to get plenty of Luxardo juice to spill  into the cocktail as you grab the cherries)In a rocks glass combine Bourbon, Vernors, and bitters . Stir well. Add one large cocktail ice cube. Add cherries on a toothpick and stir again.  Enjoy. Make it a Mule by adding a 1/2 ounce fresh squeezed lime preparing the drink in a pint glass (or mule mug).
