Vicki Mitman from NMQ Franchise Services Ltd

Appointed as Director of NMW Franchise Services Limited in October 2023, she focuses on creating and updating franchise agreements, as well as providing guidance on franchise management and development. Beyond her legal practice, Vicki is an ILM Level 7 qualified executive coach and mentor, assisting individuals and businesses in enhancing performance and fostering a coaching culture within organisations. Vicki has been actively involved with the British Franchise Association (bfa), achieving Qualified Franchise Professional (QFP) status in 2015, and has served as Chair of the bfa Affiliate Forum and on the bfa Membership Committee. She has also chaired regional meetings of Encouraging Women Into Franchising (EWIF) for over five years and has received awards for "Service Provider in Franchising" and "Young Woman in Franchising."
