विवेकः जयति सर्वदा

कस्मिंश्चित् ग्रामे कश्चन वणिक् धनिकात् स्वीकृतम् ऋणं प्रत्यर्पयितुम् अशक्तः अभवत् । सः धनिकः वृद्धः क्रूरः च वणिक्कन्यां वञ्चनया परिणेतुम् इच्छति । परन्तु, सा दक्षा कन्या उपायेन व्यवहृत्य अपायं निवार्य, पितरम् अपि ऋणात् कथं रक्षितवती इति अनया कथया जानीमः । अतः विवेकः एव सर्वत्र जयति ।(“केन्द्रीयसंस्कृतविश्वविद्यालयस्य अष्टादशीयोजनान्तर्गततया एतासां कथानां ध्वनिप्रक्षेपणं क्रियते”)Once, a merchant who had taken a loan from a wealthy person, failed to repay it. The greedy wealthy person, wanted to marry his daughter through deceit. But let us hear how the clever daughter acted wisely and saved both herself and her father from the control of the wealthy man. Hence, wisdom prevails everywhere
