Vivobarefoot Hydra ESC Shoe

In this episode we discuss the newest Swimrun shoe to hit the market, the Vivobarefoot Hydra ESC. This minimal shoe packs a lot of features in a small package. (Spoiler alert: we all thought it was amazing!) This shoe is an upgrade from the Tempest ECS that Vivobarefoot released a few years ago and we share our thoughts on this beautiful piece of kit.It was unanimous that we all thought this shoe was amazing. While it requires a user to be comfortable with barefoot/minimal running, the fit, grip, and ground feel was second to none.
