I have been a bit AFK the last few weeks between two conferences, traveling, and the holiday, but I am getting back into it.This person, Adriana A’s, surgical journey is:-1st surgery: FemLar (Feminization Laryngoplasty), aka the squish and stitch. -2nd surgery: laser reduction of the first surgery/ remaining vocal tissue, which caused inflammation and stiffening leading to -Steroid Injections: probably corticosteroids into the stiff vocal tissues, leaving him with inadequate tissue to generate normal phonation, which thankfully can be corrected with... -Surgical Vocal Implants!
