voice memo 11 - ageism, is age just a number?

something I’ve been thinking about recently is our attitude towards age and the limitations we do or don’t place on ourselves and others as we get older. I think my perspective has changed a lot as I’ve gotten older from a fear of aging to an embrace of the way that growing up means getting to have more experiences, relationships of all kinds and resources ! the mindset you bring to life determines your outcomes more than your age alone.
