He looks like he's training for a marathon.He certainly is. And his dog is running right beside him, keeping perfect pace. What a well-trained dog.Oh, look at the children near the fountain. They're splashing each other with water. Their parents are just laughing and watching them. They're clearly having a fantastic time.They definitely are. And further down near the big oak tree, a couple is having a picnic. She's spreading out a blanket, and he's unpacking a basket full of goodies. I wonder what they're eating.Probably sandwiches and fruit.And listen, can you hear that? Someone is playing a guitar in the bandstand. It's a lovely mellow tune.I can. It's lovely indeed. And look at that group of women over there. They're practicing yoga. They are balancing on one leg perfectly. I'm always so impressed by that.Me, too. For me, it's hard just to sit still sometimes. Look at that funny dog over there. He's chasing a squirrel up a tree. The squirrel is chattering angrily at him from a safe branch.Poor little dog. He's trying so hard.Everyone is so busy today. It's wonderful to just observe.It really is. I'm enjoying this so much. We should do this more often.We absolutely should.How have you been Hi, Era.Hi, Ben. How have you been?I've been good, thanks. And you?I've been great. I've had a really busy week.Oh, really? What have you done?Well, on Monday, I finally finished that big project at work. It was tough. Then I went to a new art exhibition on Wednesday. It was fantastic.That sounds productive. I haven't done anything that exciting this week.Oh, come on. Have you done anything interesting recently?Let me think. Yes, I have. Last weekend, I visited my cousin in the mountains. We went hiking and the views were incredible.Wow, that sounds lovely. Have you ever seen a bear in the wild?No, I haven't, thankfully. But I did see a very large deer once. It was very impressive.That's still exciting. Have you ever traveled outside of Europe?Yes, I have. I went to Thailand a few years ago. It was an amazing trip. I tried so many new foods and saw beautiful temples.Thailand. That's incredible. I haven't been there yet, but I really want to go. What was your favorite part of the trip?Definitely the food. I ate the best pad thai of my life there. And the people were so friendly.Sounds like you had a wonderful time. I haven't had a big trip like that in a while.Well, maybe we can plan something together soon.I'd like that.
