Nach drei Gedichtbänden von Martin Piekar ist jetzt sein erster Roman erschienen: „Vom Fällen eines Stammbaums“. Eine bewegende Familiengeschichte, eine Geschichte von Fürsorge und Liebe, von Herkunft und Trauma. Martin Piekar wurde 1990 in Bad Soden am Taunus geboren und lebt heute in Frankfurt - „als Poet, Lehrer und Philosoph“, wie er sagt. Er gewann Preise bei den Tagen der deutschsprachigen Literatur in Klagenfurt, wurde ausgezeichnet unter anderem mit dem hr2-Literaturpreis und dem Robert-Gernhardt-Preis.
