Voter Registration and Identifications Requirements Enforced by the Federal Elections Commission and a Jury of Our Peers.

Why does each State have their own voting registration requirements as determined by each legislature.  That is partisan in its election and decisions.  An oxymoron if I ever heard one.  The very people who set the rules are the rulers.  Huh.  Isn't that an oligarchy? Behind the elections, we have warring political parties vying for complete control of the elections.  And they make the rules with a partisan vote on the rules.  Rulers making the rules are what democracy is to prevent.  A Jury of the Peers meaning the review of the photo of each voter verified against facial recognition data on file by the Judge to audit the legitimacy of the final count by a date certain. Utilizing technology for verification as well as counting the votes. What are the standard rules for voter registration approve by the rulers (State Legislatures). (the rules aren't standardized State to State)  Following are the range of rules: 1) Be a citizen of the USA. 2) Be a resident of a State and Country at least 22 to 30 days preceding the next general election. 3) Be 16, 17, 17.5, to 18 years old on or before the next general election. 4) Be able to write your name or mark, unless prevented from so doing by physical disability. 5) Not been convicted of treason or a felony (or have your civil rights restored) and not serving a State or Federal prison term.  Or have completed your sentence if convicted of a felony and received discharge.  6) Not currently be declared incapacitated person by a court of law.  7) Not claim the right to vote in other jurisdiction.  8) Not previously adjudged mentally incompetent by a court of competent jurisdiction.  9) All voters are now eligible to vote by absentee mail-in voting. (enforce rules for submitting timely and limit the number per 1,000 voters).  10) I do solemnly swear that I am qualified to register as an elector of the USA.  No voter identification required, except signature verification if voting person.  Reason: Gore says Bush stole his election, Hillary says Trump stole her election and Trump says Biden stole it back. The courts said stand back and improve the process. The Federal Elections Commission should present to Congress a standardized set of rules and be responsible for selecting and auditing the automated voting machines and hand counting of absentee voting forms to enforce the rules. Outlaw harvesting of votes, neighborhood drop boxes, mass mail-out and mail-in voting forms and belated counting after election day. We the voters want to know on election day who wins and who loses.  With the cloud technology and bloc chain software the entire process must be automated and audited by an independent accounting firm within 7 days of election day and certified by the Electoral College by December 15th. 1st for the national elections.  Result: back to the old way of voting in person with few exceptions showing an ID driver's license or social security card and registration card for proof of citizenship. Any rules or actions allowing exceptions to this process shall be considered illegal and prosecuted for deportation.
