Dönem sonu net zararı, büyük oranda yeni vergi düzenlemeleri (7524 sayılı Kanun) kaynaklı ertelenmiş vergi giderleri nedeniyle 431.303.358 TL olarak kaydedilmiştir.• Sermaye Yapısı ve Güçlenme: Şirketin kayıtlı sermaye tavanı 500 milyon TL'den 4.000.000.000 TL'ye yükseltilmiştir. Ayrıca, Aralık 2025'te sermayenin %250 oranında bedelli artırılması için SPK'ya başvurulmuş, bu başvuru Ocak 2026'da %100 bedelli artırım olarak güncellenmiştir.• Tamamlanan ve Devam Eden Projeler: ◦ Konsept Vera (Elazığ): Proje tamamlanmış olup, 09.10.2025 tarihinde yapı kullanma izin belgesi (iskan) alınmıştır. Proje 132 konut ve 84 ticari üniteden oluşmaktadır. ◦ İstanbul Kartal Projesi: Kartal'daki 26.958 m2'lik taşınmaz, Özelleştirme İdaresi'nden 1.625.000.000 TL bedelle satın alınmıştır. Bu alanda konut, ticaret ve turizm konseptli bir proje geliştirilmesi için mimari sözleşme imzalanmıştır. ◦ Ankara Gölbaşı Projesi: Daha önce otel olarak planlanan proje, kârlılık analizi sonucu 3 blok ve 42 bağımsız bölümden oluşan bir ticari alan (AVM/Dükkan) projesine dönüştürülmüştür.• Kredi Notu: Saha Kurumsal Yönetim ve Derecelendirme Hizmetleri A.Ş. tarafından şirketin uzun vadeli ulusal kredi notu BBB+ (tr), görünümü ise "Stabil" olarak teyit edilmiştir.
