Jeff Sebell will be my guest, blogger and author of a soon to be released book! The summer before college in 1975, he suffered a game changing car accident. Share his journey through a month long coma, with damage to his frontal lobe, brain stem and the journey beyond. Jeff was on the founding board of directors of the Massachusetts chapter of the National Head Injury Foundation, and spoke at the first statewide conference in Massachusetts. I introduce topics, and survivor's share their experience, strength and hope. We discuss useful tools that have helped us lighten the load, of our journey through recovery. More will be revealed! We focus on the four A's of Recovery...Awareness, Acceptance, Action and Adaptation.
