Walking In ALOHA, 8-Week Workshop ~ Leadership & Love

from The Walking In ALOHA; Let's Talk Story Podcast · host Michelle A G Ebalaroza Kawano, Blessed to be a Blessing Worldwide

In Week 3 of our "Walking In ALOHA" 8-Week Workshop, we dove into the powerful connection between Leadership & Love, two essential pillars of living your God potential life. Leadership is not just about guiding others; it begins with leading yourself in alignment with God's plan for you. When you understand the depth of God's love for you, it becomes the foundation from which true leadership flows. This week, we explored how to step into leadership by first recognizing your worth as a child of God, created fearfully and wonderfully (Psalm 139:14). True leadership requires that you cultivate a deep love for yourself as God loves you, replacing negative self-talk with affirmations rooted in biblical truth. We discussed how learning to love yourself enables you to love others authentically, fulfilling the greatest commandment: "Love your neighbor as yourself" (Matthew 22:39). Leadership involves making intentional choices that align with God's vision for your life. It requires self-discipline, personal responsibility, and trust in God's strength to guide you through life’s challenges. Whether in personal relationships or in larger spheres of influence, your leadership is a testimony of God's grace working in you. This week’s session reminded us that love is both the foundation and the driving force behind true leadership. Here are some key takeaways from today's session: Leadership begins within: You cannot lead others effectively without first leading yourself through faith, discipline, and love. Love is at the heart of leadership: Learning to love yourself as God loves you allows you to reflect that love to others and lead with compassion. Growth through discipline: True leadership means aligning your life with God’s word, including taking care of your body, mind, and spirit, and loving others as God commands. I encourage you to continue this journey by sharing what you've learned with a friend. Every journey is better when you have the right company! Whether through discussion or buying the book to study together, having a community of support can make this transformative experience even more impactful. Don't hesitate to invite others to join you in walking in ALOHA. Let's build a ripple effect of love and leadership, one step at a time. Be sure to grab your copy of Walking In ALOHA, 5 Steps to Living Your God Potential Life and continue studying with those close to you. The transformation is even greater when shared, and God places the right people along our path to help us grow in faith, leadership, and love. Let’s keep walking together in ALOHA, and remember, God is leading you every step of the way. Be blessed, and keep shining your light!
