from Stand Up and Speak Up · host Stand Up and Speak Up

Do you know what to do when you lose your confidence? We will learn about this and more with Ruth Anne Caukwell. Ruth was born in New Zealand and has lived in Samoa and Australia. She is now back in her hometown of Christchurch, New Zealand. Ruth had a 20-year ‘business’ career when living in Australia but decided to reinvent herself to become a teacher. She continued teaching, which she loved, for some years before circumstances heralded in changes once again. Starting her Inspirational blog, RuAnCa, she moved into inspirational writing. She wrote and published two e-books of short stories about women (available on Amazon). And, from that her first inspirational book, “Musings of a Blogger Inspirational Thoughts for Your Life’s Journey” was born. Ruth took a sabbatical from full-time teaching to concentrate on writing and modeling. She loves to write to inspire others through the written word. She models to showcase life through style, fashion, and design. Beauty for any age and anyone shines through from the inner you and authenticity! Ruth aspires to continue writing and inspiring others through her website, her social-media sites and her future books. She wants to reach out to a wider audience through public speaking.
