Dr. Renaisa Anthony is a Harvard, University of Chicago & Vanderbilt trained, licensed & practicing women's integrative care physician. She believes in the integration of the mind, body and spirit for holistic healing. She combines Western knowledge of medicine and science with Eastern practices of meditation, self-reflection & discovery and energy work. This heals the entire woman, not just the parts of a woman. Dr. Anthony was born premature in the inner city of Detroit. She overcame adversity and poverty. The National Medical Association recognized her as one of the nation’s Top Doctors under 40. Dr. Anthony has worked in academia, government, non-profit and corporate organizations. She is a highly sought after speaker, doctor and advocate. She was honored by the Surgeon General of the United States. She has even testified before Congress in support of patients. Dr. Anthony recognizes that health begins before her patients reach the hospital or clinic. Therefore, she has created impactful programs focused on prevention. She is the founder of the Healing and Loving Ourselves (HALO) Project, Shero Symposium and the V-Warrior Workshop. Sharing her message with the world was initially intimidating. Years later, she considers it her gift and passion. Dr. Anthony earned her medical degree at the University of Chicago. She earned her Masters of Public Health at Harvard University. She performed her internship training at Vanderbilt University. She performed her fellowship in health policy at the National Institutes of Health and the Office of the Surgeon General.
