She ran Mattel’s retail outlet business in the U.S., and she managed Supply Chain organizational development. She is an MBA Intern Program mentor. She combines her business background with her thirst for training and public speaking. A kid at heart, her annual toy drive, “Joy Through Toys,” promotes play and imagination among children. Giovanna is a Toastmasters Past District Governor – ranked 9th out of 82 global districts. She is a 2013 TEDx Youth Bommer Canyon Conference speaker coach.
