Jesse has spent her career coaching and mentoring. She draws from her education in Human Biology, Exercise Science, and Nursing, as well as her 20 years of experience in health and fitness, disease management, population health, the study of culture and human behavior. She has a passion for prevention as well as systems innovation and improvement. Nurse Jesse is the Lead Facilitator at It Makes Me Happy!™. She delivers corporate keynotes and workshops, facilitates trademarked curriculums in small group programs for personal healing and empowerment, and is the producer of The Joy Journey - a virtual happiness program.
