Walt interviews Sheryl Hensel – Tracking Your Health

from Stand Up and Speak Up · host Stand Up and Speak Up

At one time, Sheryl Hensel was a middle school teacher. But a good Samaritan act changed the course of her career. While on the phone with 911 helping a distressed motorist, Sheryl was hit by another motorist. This resulted in a severe closed head injury. The next 6 years involved a quest to heal the migraines, memory loss, and slight depression without medication. She went to many doctors. They prescribed medication that made her too tired to function or gave her an allergic reaction. She finally took her health into her own hands. She learned a form of energy healing to bring back her mental capacity and to ease the pain from debilitating migraines. Sheryl prevented her migraines by charting the symptoms. Over time, she found similarities in the patterns. A healing shift occurred when she began documenting her daily life as she was experiencing painful symptoms. She learned what triggers to avoid. She performed self-care that was effective. And tracking sleep patterns gave her the power to prevent the migraines from coming. It is her desire to help you see where you can make small changes in your life to improve symptoms that may be debilitating you. She has dedicated her life to serving others. She helps people take back their health in natural ways. Sheryl is available for keynote speaking, workshops, coaching, and healing sessions.
