In un live nel nostro auditorium Demetrio Stratos, Walter Prati ci presenta ed esegue dal vivo il materiale di Unbassable, suo nuovo album, pubblicato dall'etichetta Folderol, consacrato alle possibilità non convenzionali del basso elettrico con l'impiego dell'elettronica. Walter Prati è una presenza piuttosto familiare per gli ascoltatori di Jazz Anthology. In una puntata dell'ottobre 2017 ci aveva presentato la nuova edizione accresciuta dell'album Hall of Mirrors, cointestato a Evan Parker e a lui: la collaborazione di Prati come musicista elettronico con Evan Parker è stata molto importante per aprire per il sassofonista inglese, caposcuola dagli anni sessanta dell'improvvisazione radicale, una nuova fase del suo interesse per il rapporto con musicisti dell'ambito dell'elettronica, che lo ha fatto passare dall'interazione con l'elettronica nello stadio dell'analogico a quello del digitale; nell'aprile 2023 Prati ci aveva invece presentato l'album More Miles To Go, il suo progetto ispirato e in omaggio al Miles Davis elettrico (entrambe le puntate sono disponibili in podcast).
