Want More than the Gluten Free Diet? You're Not Alone

Beyond Celiac represented the Celiac community at International Celiac Disease Symposium, recently held in Sorrento, Italy. Based on responses from their Go Beyond Celiac surveys, they reported those with celiac disease have more than just gastrointestinal symptoms when they are exposed to gluten.
