First, we dive into the Help Her Heal-Informed Workshop—a powerful experiential program designed for men who want to better understand how to support a partner’s healing after betrayal. Rather than simply teaching concepts, this workshop challenges participants to practice honesty, accountability, and emotionally safe responses in real time.
