Der bayerische Ministerpräsident Markus Söder brachte bereits eine Dönerpreisbremse ins Spiel, für Bremen forderte die Linke eine Behörde, die über die Lebensmittelpreise wachen soll. Was darf, was muss ein Döner nun kosten? WESER-KURIER-Chefreporter Jürgen Hinrichs ist schon aus kulinarischen Gründen an der Antwort auf diese Frage interessiert und trifft sich in Folge 22 von "Martini 43" mit Sezer Gülec, der in der Bremer Innenstadt den Dönerladen Kismet führt. Er steht am Drehspieß, seit er ein Teenager war. Gülecs Großvater holt mit 84 Jahren noch immer jeden Morgen in aller Frühe die Zutaten vom Großmarkt und verwahrt nach wie vor das Geheimrezept für die verschiedenen Soßen – die Familie von Sezer Gülec ist seit Jahrzehnten im Geschäft.
