The case officer's walkthrough video showed blood pooled on the bedroom floor and a chef's knife on the nightstand. A medical examiner told the case officer that strangulation takes several additional minutes after loss of consciousness to cause death. Lindsay Clancy has pleaded not guilty and argues postpartum psychosis made her unable to appreciate the wrongfulness of her actions.
