Washington Should Share the Same Dream with China

Despite his recent visit to China, Secretary of the States, Anthony Blinken has not changed his tones and views, regarding some of the fundamental issues on China. During his visit, he met with the Chinese President, and expressed his interests in building a constructive and meaningful communications between China and the US, while China seemed to hold the similar view. How should we understand the meanings behind the words from both sides? Does US share the same dream with China? How about the relationship between India and the US?
