Every time a person reads the Gospel of John, they are confronted with the power of seven miracles in particular. John 20:30 says that Jesus performed many more miracles not recorded in the book, but John chose these seven as evidence of the authenticity of Jesus' ministry. Every time we talk about them we are challenged by their message. The seven signs of Jesus were memorialized in John’s Gospel. To this day they continue to serve as persuasive witnesses, validating who Jesus is, revealing his glory, and challenging us to believe in Jesus Christ as the Son of God.
