Waterdeep Dragon Heist 03 - Joining Factions and a parade of NPCs

Oh no! Our recording failed partway through, so we have a few segments recorded before game start and about half an hour of the gameplay, then Dave read's Jared's excellent session notes so you don't lose the thread.  Sorry listeners, we'll do better! Everyone joins at least one faction and our heroes meet a whole ton of new NPCs as they look to fix up Trollskull Manor, meet the neighbors, and figure out just what is going on under the surface in Waterdeep!
