WAVcast 23 // Ian Ford

Ian Ford is a popular resident of New York City’s Underground and Edgy scenes, with successful residencies at The Bank, Webster Hall, Splash, XL, and more. He also possesses excellent lighting, sound and video skills and is a master and orchestrating the whole party experience. He believes everyone should leave the party better than when they came in, and uses his skill set to make that happen. In 2017, Ian opened a coffee and tea shop in Bushwick, The Caffeine Underground. The shop hosts a variety of events, music, art shows, and education for alternative and independent cultures. Recently, The Caffeine Underground has been featured in press nationally, for being the first coffee shop in New York to legally sell CBD infused coffee. Ian continues to promote health, awareness, and spiritual movement through the cultures that he’s cultivated at the coffee shop. In addition, Ian studies and teaches PaKua Martial Arts, Reiki, and Ch’ien Chi Kua.
