Live, la rassegna - di cui Radio Popolare ha il piacere di essere media partner - che si svolgerà alla Casa delle Arti di Cernusco sul Naviglio sabato 18 e domenica 19 maggio, con ingresso gratuito. Per presentarla e per parlare di We Insist!, etichetta discografica attiva dal 2018 che opera nell'ambito del jazz d'avanguardia e della musica improvvisata e che organizza anche occasioni live per i propri musicisti, sono con noi Maria Borghi, presidente della Fondazione We Insist!, e - in due set improvvisati che costituiscono una sorta di anticipo della rassegna - quattro dei musicisti che si esibiranno nel fine settimana: Giancarlo Nino Locatelli, clarinetto, Alberto Braida, pianoforte, Andrea Grossi, contrabbasso, e Cristiano Calcagnile, batteria. Alla rassegna parteciperanno musicisti di grande rilievo anche dall'estero, Larry Ochs, Mark Dresser, Vladimir Tarasov, Jim Black, Rob Mazurek. Un grazie ai sempre bravissimi e rapidissimi nostri tecnici, Zacca e Marco Sambinello, che hanno reso possibile questo live.
