In the early days of Mark Carney on the job he was signing documents in a way that served to make things look like he was in the Oval Office south of the border! Is this the beginning of a dog and pony show where our new Prime Minister is ensuring that he has control of all aspects of government? And should we be worried? At the very least we should be paying close attention to this - because this is very similar to how Justin Trudeau ran his government.
