Cathleen interviews April Dinwiddie about her experience as a transracial adoptee, and her organization Adoptment. They discuss race in adoption as well as what it means to give back to the foster care system and help those children who do not have a home or someone to turn to when things get rough. Cathleen shares the statistics regarding the foster care system in America, as well as how the COVID-19 Pandemic has drained the already parched system of its resources.
