Wealthy people running for political office-what are your thoughts? 5-22-22

Good morning listeners, In this episode, we discuss  the  motives of already wealthy people  running for high political office. Obviously we cannot  deny them this right, for then we  would need to deny right to poor people for running for office. However, I question the motives of someone who is already rich and running for office. Why do they need this? why can't they be happy with their already rich life? what do they hope to achieve? is it for the common good? or is it to make themselves even more richer and powerful?
