Tribe member Ken, a retired air traffic controller, was on the phone with Chaz and AJ this morning to talk about the FAA hiring gamers to replenish the workforce of air traffic controllers. Surprisingly, Ken thinks this idea is brilliant, and explained how accurate the gaming simulations can be, and the rigorous testing the gamers went through before being hired.
