Wednesday Night Recap - Will Open Relationships Ever Be Normalized? - Episode 9.62

from Transparent Conversations · host Calvin Pierce Jr

This show is still being dedicated to all the men sent to El Salvador without due process. Hoping for their safe return to our shores. The Check-In-The "21/90 Rule" suggests that committing to a new habit for 21 days will help it become ingrained, and then continuing that habit for 90 more days will make it a permanent lifestyle change. By consistently engaging in a behavior for this duration, it's believed that the activity becomes automatic and integrated into your daily routine- I’m honestly having a hard time right now. The economy has definitely slowed, and so has hiring. I needed this break, but I kept working, and even though I didn’t secure a position before my last job ended, as I said before, I did receive an offer, but a hiring freeze caused that opportunity to disappear. It’s hard for me to get up daily and go through the same routine with little results, but I have to keep my eye on where would I be if I continued down the road I was on. It wasn’t looking good, so I have to keep my eyes where I’m headed. Going back cannot be an option. I just have to keep doing the next right thing.-Food for Thought: Play VideoSHI HENG YI - Take Care of Staying Openhttps://www.youtube.com/shorts/_ni5JOt94zMTake Care of Staying Open – Master Shaolin Shi Heng Yi ☯️#MasterShiHengYi #ShaolinWisdom #Mindfulness #SelfDiscipline #InnerPeaceVideoReal Talk About Open Relationshipshttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IcxTDMH3_GA&t=6sNon-monogamous couples speak candidly about the challenges and rewards of their lifestyle.
