Week 170: Buying Fish

Recorded 17.01.2022 around 7 pm. After finishing work I went on a walk to go buy fish and when I opened the door the moon hit me face first. I had just come back from Amman the Tuesday before where I was with my family because my dad did a heart surgery. A lot of moments and lessons there. Now that I’m back I’m trying to focus on being here. It’s interesting how energy moves up and down, I feel it in me so often. What we eat, how we think and feel about the world, the weather and our friends, and then bam, our energy levels. I like fasting, it makes it all more clear.
