Today we read the introduction for Week 3 in our mindset shift challenge. Luna discusses the Pancamaya Kosha Model and a little bit of the Doshas to discuss why breathing and allowing love to heal our mindsets is important. Connecting with our Captial "s" Self. She also clarifies some concepts that may be triggering for some. It awakened some triggering parts for her so she allowed herself to tap into what her Body was telling her about the words and share with you all. Shares somatic exercises at the end of the video to help allow the content to SINK in.
