Week 43 - neon liminal - FALSE VACUUM

Unsettling, disturbing, uncanny, and largely un-musical. If it creeps you out, that's a win. Short version of this weirdness: I was going through the exhaustive and annoying process of patching and hooking up the pulsar to my audio interface, as well as the midi, to use it directly in DAW, and started fucking around recording, and then plugin vomit, and then fucking disturbing result. Lyra8 screaming a little in there too. I feel like it's very cosmic-horror uncanny horror movie soundtrack nightmare-fodder. It needed something else, so I added spooky robot voices, because everyone loves a robot. Short because no one needs more than a few minutes of this shit, and this will likely be my submission for the RMR Discord Challenge this month, which, being spooky season, is a spooky theme! Make something spooky. I did a lot of that this month. Dialogue below. I am conflating three recent discoveries/theories in physics in a way that is unscientific but creepy. › SPOOKY ROBOT WORDS‹ SPOOKY ROBOT WORDS TIME IS AN EMERGENT PHENOMENON YOUR CONSCIOUSNESS IS A BYPRODUCT OF ENTROPY FEAR THE REVELATION OF THE FALSE VACUUM FEAR THE SINGULARITY OF THE ABSOLUTE 2026 Copyright All rights reserved
